14. Our Rehab Sourcing Service

Our rehab sourcing service is provided by men and women who are experienced in the field of addiction and mental health issues. We aim to provide the most suitable rehab sourcing for the enquiry. However, we can only source suitable rehabilitation centre on the information with which we are provided either by telephone or by email. We do not conduct face-to-face assessments which can be more accurate in diagnosing the severity of a client's condition. We would therefore recommend that you visit your GP if you deem your condition to be urgent.

14.1 Our Network of Treatment Centres

We provide treatment through a network of private and NHS funded rehabilitation clinics in Wiltshire and the United Kingdom. All the treatment centres in our United Kingdom network are members of the Care Quality Commission, however you agree that the ultimate decision to check into a rehabilitation centre rest on your discretion whether you feel it's suitable for you. While Rehab Wiltshire choose the most appropriate rehabilitation centre for your particular circumstances, we cannot guarantee that treatment will be successful or that you will not relapse in the future.

An Internet Protocol (IP) address is a number that is assigned to your computer when you use the Internet. rehabwiltshire.co.uk may collect your IP address in order to help us administer our website and diagnose any problems with our server. In addition, we may use your IP address to identify you during a particular session and to gather statistical data which will enable us to analyse and improve our website.
